Foundation Replacement Due To Water Damage!
Below are photos depicting a large project we've just completed. The foundation of a home built in the 1960's had been damaged over the years by improper drainage. The water damage resulted in foundation walls that bowed inward and were in danger of collapsing. Please click on each thumbnail to follow the progress as our staff supported the portion of the house that was to be worked on, dug out and exposed the damaged foundation walls, removed the damaged portions and replaced them with new, and applied waterproofing material to assure this never happened again. There are also a few photos of a portion of the foundation that was not replaced but instead was reinforced by beams and shims to stop
any further movement of the walls.
     
     
  
Please check back for photos that will show you the finishing touches of filled in, smoothed earth sloped properly away from the house, cement curbing that will guide unwanted water away from the foundation, and lovely landscaping to complete the view.
